TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the ‘CASTORE ROOSTERS SCORE PREDICTOR’ Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw"), you fully agree and accept these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for such Prize Draw which may be mentioned on the relevant section of the website (the "Prize Draw information").

Competition Overview

1. The competition name is ‘Castore Score Predictor’.

2. The competition “promotor” is J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd, [trading as Castore Sportswear], 1 Central Street Manchester, M2 5WR, United Kingdom.

3. The competition “supplier” is Eastern Suburbs District Rugby League Football Club, ABN 74 522 909 012, Coach Bay, 112 Lang Road, Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, NSW, 2021.

Eligibility

1. You must be aged 18 or over to participate. Proof of identity may be required. 2. Entry is open to all Australian residents only.

Prize Draw Information and How to Enter and Selection Process

1. To enter the Weekly Prize competition, entrants will be required to complete the entry form for the relevant round of the 2023 NRL Season within the promotional period at

https://roosters.partnership-hub.com/score-predictor(“the website”) for one (1) entry to the Weekly Prize

2. Completion of the Weekly Prize competition also provides the entrant with one (1) entry into the Annual Prize competition. For each round of the 2023 NRL Season within the promotional period that an entrant completes the entry form on the website, they are provided with one (1) entry into the Annual Prize competition. For example, if an individual completes an entry into the Weekly Prize competition for twenty (20) Sydney Roosters fixtures within the promotional period, they will also receive twenty (20) entries for the Annual Prize competition.

3. Entrants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.

4. To be entered into the draw, entrants are required to complete the form at https://roosters.partnership-hub.com/score-predictorwithin the period designated on the website.

5. The Prize Draw will be open from Monday 27th February - 1st September 2023 (“promotional period”). Closing date for entry each round will be 10 minutes before kick-off of each eligible fixture within the promotional period. After this time, no further entries to the Prize Draw will be eligible for either the Weekly Prize or Annual Prize for that round of the 2023 NRL season.

6. No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

Selection of Winner

1. As the Weekly Prize competition is a game of chance, one (1) Weekly winner will be drawn from all eligible and valid entries for the relevant round of the 2023 NRL season within the promotional period. The winner will be picked at random using a computer-generated selection process and will take place at 12:00pm AEST on the first business day after the relevant Sydney Roosters fixture at Greenroom Digital, 343 Ferrars Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 3205.

The winner of each Weekly Prize will be notified by email and/or phone on the first business day following the relevant NRL fixture. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be identified or does not claim the Prize or respond to communication from the promotor prior to forty-eight hours (48) after the draw date, their Prize is forfeited & J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant drawn via random draw.

2. As the Annual Prize competition is a game of chance, one (1) winner will be drawn from all eligible and valid entries throughout the 2023 NRL season. Prize

1. The Weekly Competition Prize is:

- One (1) $200 AUD voucher for https://au.castore.com/; and

- Two (2) tickets to an available Sydney Roosters home game of choice during the regular season across the 2023 NRL Premiership Season (subject to availability).

There are twenty-two (22) Weekly Prizes available throughout the promotional period. One (1) Weekly Prize value: One (1) Voucher for castore.com $200, Two (2) Sydney Roosters Home Game Tickets $40. Total value: $5,280

2. The Annual Competition Prize is:

- Four (4) tickets to the 2023 Sydney Roosters End of Season Presentation Awards; and - One (1) signed Sydney Roosters 2023 Jersey; and

- One (1) Signed Sydney Roosters 2023 Shorts.

There is one (1) Annual Prize available throughout the promotional period. One (1) season Prize value: Four (4) tickets to the 2023 Sydney Roosters End of Season Presentation Awards ($1,600) and one (1) signed Sydney Roosters 2023 Jersey ($350) and one (1) signed Sydney Roosters 2023 Shorts ($100).

Total value: $2,050

3. The Prize is subject to these Prize Draw T&Cs, and any further regulations relating to the use of the Prize. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to comply with any and all applicable terms and conditions and regulations.

4. No cash alternative to the Prize will be offered. The Prize is non-refundable and non- Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. In the event of a Prize being unavailable, J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear], reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal or greater value.

6. J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear], reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold delivery of the Prize until proof of eligibility and/or identity has been confirmed. If such proof is not produced on request, J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] may disqualify the entrant from the Prize Draw. If the entrant is disqualified another winner will be redrawn and picked at random using a computer-generated selection process from all eligible and valid entries received between the Monday 27th February - 1st September 2023.

7. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the Prize as set out and in accordance with these Prize Draw T&Cs, in the event they are unable to do so then J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] reserves the right to redraw the Prize.

8. J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.

Personal Data

1. By participating in the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that your name, e-mail address & phone number and will be made available to J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear].

2. All Personal Data will be held and used by J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] in accordance with the Castore privacy policy (which can be found at https://au.castore.com/pages/privacy-policy. We may also use the information you provide to verify your age and identity.

3. J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] must either publish or make available

information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will keep a record of anonymised (for example, by customer reference number) successful entries and the address county of successful entrants, and will supply such list to anyone who validly requests such information at concierge@castore.co.uk or writes to us at 1 Central Street, Manchester, M2 5WR (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the draw. If you object to any or all of your customer number, surname, county and successful entry ID being published or made available,

please contact us at concierge@castore.co.uk. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and successful entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. If an entrant has any questions about these terms and conditions, including any request to exercise their legal rights under the data protection law, they should contact concierge@castore.co.uk

4. Any entrant must comply with any directions given to him or her by J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.

5. Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Prize Draw in a manner, which in Carter Sporting Club Ltd determine, is contrary to these Prize Draw T&Cs or is unfair, fraudulent or unjust to other entrants or is otherwise not in the spirit of the Prize Draw (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] / or any of its agents or representatives), may be rejected from the Prize Draw at J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] sole discretion.

6. J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] may cancel or amend the Prize Draw, the Prize, Prize Draw information, or these Prize Draw T&Cs without prior notice and for any reason, including (without limitation) in the case of a manifest error. Any changes will be posted either within the Prize Draw information or these Prize Draw T&Cs.

7. J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] cannot guarantee that the services relating to the Prize Draw will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. Without limiting clause 6(c), J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Prize Draw in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified in these Prize Draw T&Cs or in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair, network issue, a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or normal course of the Prize Draw, including, but not limited to the unavailability of the vote, poll, competition or Prize draw entry platform before the closing date, or for strike, lock-‐out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd [trading as Castore Sportswear] is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any of these occurrences.

8. The Prize Draw and these Prize Draw T&Cs will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
