Terms and Conditions
By entering Win 1 - 3 Melbourne Supporter Packs Competition, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoters are Henry Haymes Pty Ltd, trading as Haymes Paint (A.B.N. 14 004 201 638) Wendouree Industrial Park, Waringa Drive, Ballarat, Victoria, Australiaalso known as (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
3. Entry is open to Australian residents excluding directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.
Entrants must reside in Australia however this competition excludes residents from NSW, ACT and SA.
4. Eligible Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. This is a requirement of the stadium management.
5. The promotion commences at 10am (AEST) on Tuesday 16th August, 2022 and closes at 11.59 pm (AEST) on Tuesday 23 August, 2022 (Promotion Period) and the Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval, if required).
Competition entry
6. To enter the draw, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
i. visit the competition page or Melbourne App at https://www.melbournefc.com.au/fans/competitions/haymes-footy-pack
ii. fill out all mandatory fields listed on the competition page in a truthful and accurate manner.
7. All entries via the online form must include the Entrant’s contact details including full name, phone number and email address so they can be contacted if they are a prize winner.
8. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably suspects that such materials are prohibited by these terms and conditions, any relevant law, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. This is at the Promoter's absolute discretion and discussions will not be entered into.
9. Entrants can receive five (5) bonus entries by answering the optional post entry survey.
10. Privacy Notice: The Promoter will collect your personal information so you can enter, and they can administer, this promotion. Your personal information is required for the Promoter to contact you in the event that your entry is deemed the winning entry. The Promoter may also use your information for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related corporate bodies for these purposes. All data is handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

11. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries, howsoever caused.
No late entries will be accepted.
The draw
12. The winning Eligible Entrant will be drawn 1 business day (Wednesday 24 August 2022) after the competition closes at MCG, Brunton Ave, East Melbourne, 3002. Winners will be selected using an online random number generator tool.
The prize
13. The winners (3) of The Win 1 - 3 Melbourne Supporters Packs will be notified by email and phone, within 1 business day of the draw, using contact details provided in their entry.
14. In the event that the winner is unable to be contacted, and all reasonable methods of communication are unsuccessful, alternative winners will be chosen from the pool of Eligible Entrants. The prizes offered by this Competition remain the property of the Promoter until claimed by each respective prize winner.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoters will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize.
17. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash and if for any reason whatsoever, a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize to another prize of the same or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
19. The Promoter hold no responsibility for incorrect or insufficient details provided by the entrant. Should an entrant’s details change, it is the responsibility of the entrant to provide these details to the Promoter.
20. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize.
21. There are three (3) prize packs available – each prize pack includes: one (1) 2022 Melbourne Football Club Guernsey one (1) Melbourne New Era Cap and one (1) $500 Haymes Paint Voucher. Estimated value of prize is $655 inclusive of GST. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. Total prize pool, $1,965 inclusive of GST.
22. Prize winners must provide a postal address to the Promoter at the time of being notified that they are a prize winner.
23. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
24. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
25. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (Promotion Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the Promotion Parties.
Standard terms
26. Please read these competition terms and conditions carefully. If you enter the competition, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, subject to regulatory approval (if required) and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the competition landing page.
28. It is the entrant's responsibility to regularly check the competition landing page for any amendments. Any amendments will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
29. If the competition is not capable of running as planned including by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, The Promoter may cancel or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries, to the extent permitted by law.
30. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries that are delayed or which are not received for any reason during the competition period.
